Yes. You can obtain a marriage license from the Davidson County Clerk's Office. Tennessee has no waiting period, so you can get your license and marry the same day. Both partners must appear in person with valid photo ID.
Spring (March–May) and fall (September–November) offer the best weather with mild temperatures and beautiful foliage. Summer is warm and green but can be humid. Winter elopements are quieter and often more affordable.
Guest counts depend on the venue and package. Our smallest packages welcome up to 4–5 guests, while Friends and Family packages accommodate up to 40 guests at Belmont Mansion.

Our packages accommodate up to 10 guests with the Getaway Plus Package or up to 20 guests with the Friends and Family packages. Willow Ridge and the Gatlinburg Wedding Chapel also offer extended packages.
Mountain weather is unpredictable, but our team monitors conditions closely. We have backup plans for each venue, and misty mountain conditions often produce the most dramatic and beautiful photos.

Yes. You'll need a marriage license from the Yavapai County Clerk of Superior Court in Cottonwood or Camp Verde, or from any Arizona county clerk. Arizona has no waiting period.
Sedona is beautiful year-round. Spring (March–May) and fall (October–November) have the most comfortable temperatures. Summer is hot but sunsets are spectacular. Winter offers cooler temps and occasional dusting of snow on the red rocks.

Forsyth Park is our primary Savannah venue and offers the classic Savannah experience with live oaks, Spanish moss, and the iconic fountain. It's one of the most photographed locations in the city.
Savannah is perfect for a long elopement weekend. The historic district is entirely walkable with incredible restaurants, rooftop bars, ghost tours, and nearby Tybee Island beach — all within a short drive.
Both cities offer Southern charm and Spanish moss, but Savannah has a more intimate, walkable feel with its famous town squares. Charleston offers a wider variety of venue styles and a larger dining scene. Both are beautiful — it comes down to personal preference.
