No. Both partners apply for the license themselves and pay the fee directly to the county; Elopements Inc. cannot obtain it on your behalf but guides you through the process and times it around your ceremony. In Tennessee, Georgia, and Arizona you apply in person; Charleston County, South Carolina is 100% online.
After the ceremony, the team edits every image from your day. You receive a private online gallery with high-resolution downloads, print ordering, and easy sharing with family and friends, accessible through your client portal. RAW files ($100–$300 by tier) and videography on Getaway Plus and larger packages are the only optional add-ons.
