More than twenty-five years ago, Brandon began his seminary training and pastoral work, where he officiated his first wedding — the beginning of what would become a lifelong vocation. Since then, he has officiated over 8,000 ceremonies, guiding couples through one of the most meaningful moments of their lives with confidence, clarity, and care.

For the past seventeen years, Brandon has worked full time in the wedding industry, managing wedding venues, overseeing planning and coordination teams, and officiating thousands of ceremonies across a wide range of settings. His experience spans intimate elopements, micro weddings, and larger celebrations, giving him a deep understanding of how to create ceremonies that feel personal while running seamlessly behind the scenes.

At Elopements Inc., Brandon oversees our officiants, coordinators, and venue partnerships to ensure every ceremony reflects the professionalism and excellence our couples expect. He carefully selects and mentors team members, establishes ceremony standards, and ensures each location operates smoothly so couples can enjoy a stress-free experience from start to finish.

Michelle is a powerhouse entrepreneur with 17 years of experience in the wedding and elopement industry. She not only leads our photography department with vision and heart, but she was also a wedding and elopement photographer herself—personally photographing over 2,000 weddings and elopements throughout her career. That hands-on experience gives her an unmatched understanding of what it takes to capture a day flawlessly.

She now collaborates with exceptional photographers across the country, carefully selecting and guiding talent to ensure every Elopements Inc. couple receives stunning, meaningful images of their celebration.

Michelle is personally responsible for the editing of each and every elopement for Elopements Inc. Every gallery that goes out the door passes through her hands. With her trained eye and years of experience behind the lens, she ensures consistency, quality, and a signature style that couples instantly recognize. From color tones to lighting balance to the smallest detail, Michelle meticulously refines every image so that the final gallery feels cohesive, polished, and timeless.

Brickey brings extensive experience in wedding coordination and elopement planning to his role at Elopements Inc. While his professional background began in the nonprofit sector — where organization, communication, and attention to detail were essential — he quickly found his calling in the wedding industry, helping couples plan one of the most meaningful days of their lives.

With years of hands-on experience guiding couples through the elopement process, Brickey oversees all scheduling, vendor coordination, and client communication from booking to ceremony day. He ensures that every venue, officiant, photographer, and timeline is carefully aligned so couples can focus on what matters most.

As the operational lead of Elopements Inc., Brickey manages day-to-day logistics, maintains seamless communication, and upholds the streamlined planning process that has helped thousands of couples enjoy stress-free, beautifully coordinated ceremonies.

For the past 17 years, Michael has worked side-by-side with his wife, Michelle, helping document weddings and elopements and build Elopements, Inc. into what it is today. While Michelle leads the creative vision, Michael is the engine behind the scenes.

With more than 20 years of experience in IT, he oversees every technological aspect of the company. From designing and managing our online platforms to maintaining secure backup systems and directing our marketing and advertising campaigns, Michael ensures everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and at an impressive pace.

His expertise allows the creative team to focus on serving couples, knowing the infrastructure behind the scenes is solid, secure, and built for growth.
