The marriage license fee is paid directly to the county clerk's office at the time of application — not to Elopements Inc. Both partners must apply for the license in person; we cannot obtain the license on your behalf. The grounds sit on a high shoulder of the foothills with a sweeping eastward view into the Great Smoky Mountains range — Mount Le Conte is visible on clear days, the same panorama you get from Foothills Parkway but from private land with no other visitors.
